SHE CHOKED MY FIVE MONTH OLD PUPPY BY MAKING HIS COLLAR TOO TIGHT SO MUCH SO THAT HES BEEN TO THE EMERGENCY VET AND COUGHING FOR TWO DAYS AND ON TOP OF THAT IS NOW DEFENSIVE OF GOING INTO HIS CRATE (which only happened after taking him to the groomed). DISGUSTING.

Cancelled my appointment twice in one week with a text message less than an hour before appointment time. Gave me no resolution both times. When you groom here they will also have your dog for 7+ hours without any updates. Truly the worst service I’ve ever experienced

- JBjamie butlerOct 3, 20255.0I called the store desperate to get my dog in for a haircut. Thankfully Kelleigh was able to help me book a fast appointment. Come to the day of the appointment she was so busy assisting other customers and having her own packed day. She apologized in advance saying the groom would be long but I was just so thankful she could book my dog last minute! She even took the time to step out onto the floor and show me some brushes she recommended to me. Overall the experience was lovely and I cant wait to see her again!
