I feel that she understood exactly what I needed and made me feel comfortable after my traumatic experience with a beta fish from a different store. She made sure that I left happy and excited for my new adventure of being a fish owner. Wonderful store I felt that I had a fun time going in and exploring new fishes at a reasonable price

They had so many options for animals of all species and their prices were fair and comparable to other pet stores. What wasn't comparable was the quality and their quality is far better than your average chain pet store. I will definitely be back next time im in the area.

But, wow, the past 6 or so visits, we’ve experienced the current staff to be overly rude and you’re made to feel like an annoyance simply by having them check you out and take your money! We won’t be returning!
