I felt like I walked into a townie dive bar just got dirty looks from the staff, no one asked if I needed help, when I went to cash out it was like I was inconveniencing them as they chatted amongst themselves. They gave me a loyalty card, I’d love to support a local business over a conglomerate but it’ll be a local business that takes pride and cares about their customer service.
