Fortunately i was able to schedule a same day appointment for each cat. The staff and Ajit Singh Panesar DVM were very kind, professional, patient and listened.
They provided all the necessary testing followed by medication as needed for the issues. DVM Panesar called after both visits to to check on cats well being and to inform of lab results.
With the assistance of staff I chose wellness plan for both my daughters 🐈 🐈 cats. Follow up appointment schedule at end of this appointment.
I was informed of the monthly wellness plan fee and that there would be additional fees for vaccines.
The 1st visit with the wellness plan total was $144.40 and the regular fee would have been $571.97 per cat that amount includes 1 time membership fee of $69.95 and wellness plan 1st month payment of $41.95 each month for a full year.
Research carefully which plan is best for your pet.
Overall the best place for pets 💞

I am extremely disappointed with Banfield in Millbury, I’ve had a health plan for my two dogs for nine years, and when I truly needed help, the service was deeply frustrating.
I took my dog to Banfield at the very beginning of a diarrhea episode. Even though she had clear symptoms, they told me she “didn’t have anything” and simply sent her home. When the diarrhea didn’t improve, I returned to the clinic, but the veterinarian said she was “not comfortable treating her” — something I honestly never expected to hear while paying for a health plan.
Even so, they ran a blood test, once again said nothing was wrong, and sent us home with only an anti-vomiting medication. From that point on, it became an extremely difficult journey: severe diarrhea, my dog getting worse, and no real diagnosis.
I went back requesting a fecal test. I collected the sample, submitted it right away… and it has now been over 10 days without receiving any results. When I needed the test results to take to the hospital, they simply told me I had to wait for the testing company to send them — even after I explained the urgency. In other words, I paid for years and, at the moment of real need, I was left without support.
After everything I went through, I have completely lost confidence in Banfield. I feel disrespected as a client and, above all, I feel that my dog’s health was not taken seriously. I will be canceling the health plans for both of my dogs, because it makes no sense to keep paying for a service that doesn’t work when we need it the most.

Don’t bother booking an appointment with them. They have availability for a reason. Confirmed my appointment multiples time throughout the week and then the morning of my appointment they called to cancel since they were “double booked.”
