  Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the woman that helped me over with aquarium fish but she was very knowledgeable, help full and had a great attitude. I've had a small aquarium for over 15 years and learned more in my 15 minute conversation with her than I've ever learned in the last 15 years!

  Visited this store on Dec 26 and made purchases based on a clearly posted in-store sign that stated: “Spend $30+ now and get $10 off when you shop Dec 26–Jan 11.” When I asked about the promotion at the checkout, the store manager refused to honor it and claimed the purchase had to be made before Dec 25 — which was not stated anywhere on the sign. When I asked “Now means now.” She admitted that they “forgot to take the sign down,” and instead of apologizing or honoring the promotion, she casually removed the sign and dismissed the issue. Her exact responses were: “I am not the person who made this sign.” “Everybody else got this discount.” This was misleading and extremely unprofessional. A posted promotion influenced my purchase decision, yet it was selectively not honored. If customers cannot trust in-store signage, there is no reason to trust this location at all. Very disappointing experience and poor management.

  I had a great experience at the Petco grooming in Medford. My dog ​​came out looking radiant and smelling wonderful and his nails were exactly how I wanted them. I will definitely bring him back.

  Besides this place having horrible feeders for lizards (dying meal worms etc) I placed an order online for pickup supposedly several in stock to go get them and all 3 items are sold out.Yeah great I love walking in to check my email for pick up to everything sold out. Such a shame theres no pet stores around worth stepping foot in.

  I appreciate the staff for being friendly on the surface and getting my dog’s vaccine done quickly, but the overall experience felt off. I was told to arrive 50 minutes before my actual appointment time and then was made to feel late once I got there even though I was about 5-10 min before the appointment time which is what the text said. There was also a lot of pressure to buy extra packages, which made the visit feel more like a sales pitch than a check-up. The vet team smiled and stayed polite, but some comments came across condescending, especially when I asked about basic care like dental cleaning. Instead of giving simple guidance, the conversation jumped straight to expensive procedures, which wasn’t very helpful. My dog was taken care of, but the atmosphere felt rushed, judgmental, and not as supportive as I expected. I’m glad the appointment was quick, but I’ll be looking for a different location next time. Petco is mid anyway.
