  Been to multiple vetcos and this one truly stands out. Every team member has been so compassionate to my pit. Dr Carlson was so nice and reassuring during our visit and handled my dog great even with his big personality. Great job!

  Everybody was super nice. The veterinarian was informative, friendly and answered all our questions and the price was reasonable. Positive experience.

  I’m incredibly disappointed. Wish I could give 0 stars! We were late for our appointment (coming from an hour away). I didn’t rush in because we were writhing 15 minutes and I thought it would be better to make sure my dog didn’t have to go to the bathroom before we went in. We walked in 13 minutes late and they refused to take us. The girl at the front desk was incredibly rude and made me feel awful for being late. I get that they have other appointments but the anxiety for me to get her with my dog and child and then to be refused. She told me they have a 10 minutes late policy that I was not jnfkrmed of before coming. Almost all places take people up to 15 minutes late. I get that I shouldn’t be late but I also have 3 small kids and medical issues on top of that. I’m not interested in going to a place that doesn’t tell you about this policy so I drove an hour here for nothing when gas is expensive. I will NEVER be going back to this place again. I thought we had found a great vet, everyone seemed nice until I got here. I don’t want to go to a place who belittles and is rude to someone for any reason.

  I have multiple Vetcos close to our location and had some not so good experiences. I was referred to this vetco by a Patient of mine. We gave them a try and met Dr. Carlson who is super awesome and knowledgeable. We drive 40 minutes to see Dr. Carlson for all of our pet visits. She's been amazing with all our issues and concerns with our Pittie Maui.
