So I had my kitties first round of vaccinations at the attlboro location, which was wonderful. The staff was friendly. Service was fast and efficient. I was greeted when I got there. For the second round of shots, I went to the Mansfield location because it was the only appointment that would work for me, but when I got there. Nobody greeted me. I sat there for about 20 minutes and then I finally asked the girl that was standing there if I had to check in or anything she said no just wait so finally another 10 minutes go by and the kid went out and talk to me in. They took my cat into the room. She’s seven months old, they unzipped her carrier and for some reason instead of just picking her up, they decided (the vet and the assistant) picked up the carrier and tipped it so my cat got scared and tried to hang on, so then they tipped it all the way upside down and my cat fell out onto the table. The vet, then took a towel, threw it over her while the assistant held her by the neck. I was literally in shock. This is a 7 month kitty and she so small and sweet.. she’s also a long hair kitty .. after her shot she asked me if I’m brushing her .. cause she looks like she’s not grooming herself .. coming from a lady who had dry brittle unkempt hair.. she also asked if I was getting her spayed when she was already spayed hence the reason I went there in the 1st place . Again this place is so unorganized the employees were pretty much clueless .. I chose this place cause they had a lot of available appts but I definitely won’t be coming back.

called to ask a question and the man who answered is rude and unprofessional i would not recommend, don’t see them taking care of pets if they are rude on the phone.
