  I had a really disappointing experience at Banfield Animal Hospital in Leominster, and unfortunately, it had nothing to do with the quality of care from the medical team. The veterinarian and the assistant, Savannah, were both wonderful, kind, attentive, and clearly cared about my dog. If my experience had been limited to them, I would absolutely continue bringing my pet here. However, the interaction at the front desk completely changed my mind. Olivia, who was working the front desk, was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, her tone was dismissive and cold. When I had questions, she seemed annoyed and unwilling to help, showing no empathy or basic courtesy. It honestly felt like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. Customer service is such an important part of any veterinary clinic, especially when pet owners are often stressed or worried. Unfortunately, Olivia’s behavior made an already tense situation much worse. Because of this experience alone, I’ve decided to take my dog elsewhere for future care. It’s really unfortunate, because the vet and Savannah were great—but one negative interaction can outweigh everything else. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Christy (Baileys mom)

  Banfield is a joke if you experience an actual medical situation with your pet. I have been ignored on over 3 separate occasions in the last 4 years. (Unfortunately, this is what was affordable at the time so I had to continue using it). Not to mention the absurd expectations/requirements regarding payments and cancellation once your pet dies. They’re only good for basic exams with dogs who have zero health concerns and just need a check up. And good luck if your pet has to have a surgery of any kind.

  There was a scheduling error, but the kind folks at Banfield took responsibility for the error and was able to take my cat’s stitches out when she needed it. The only other option was going back to the emergency vet but I couldn’t afford that. I will be praying for the kind people that helped my cat. Thanks for accommodating us.

  This is not quite a review but instead a direct thanks to everyone at the Banfield Pet Hospital in Leominster MA. Today was a very sad day for us since our Beloved trouble maker Sampson left us; but before that he had one last amazing time with some of you the real care givers (veterinary and assistants) that he loved so much. He's love for you all was so amazing that we need make sure not to drive by the hospital location other wise he start to cry and bark inside the car because we didn't stop in order for him go visit you all. Among the years, we started to developing not just a relationship as a usual pet hospital service providing care for Sampson but something way more than that, was a real relationship around Sampson with a real love and care for him that was beyond anything else imaginable; we become his big and loved family. Sampson always drag me through the front doors going straight into the back to get on the scale ready to explode full of love, asking everyone behind the front desk for attention since this was one of his favorite places to go any time. So, we want to Thank you all from the buttom of our hearts to become part of Sampson family (our family) during all this years; with much love and care for him and with us. We love you all very much...

  Everyone at Banfield Leominster has been so good with my anxious bulldog, he loves going there to see them. They turned the vet visits into a positive experience for him.
