My dog had tons of salive from the oral vaccine however no one cares to clean the dogs mouth. Unless I asked. Also some people were able to approach their pets and I was kind handled different by the person giving the shot. My little dog, Lila, was very very scared and they seem no to care about your dog well being only to how much they can sell in vaccines etc … Stay Away !!! Pic of my tiny dog

They did not access my puppies vaccination records correctly and gave her a rabies shot twice even though for the first visit they had us bring her medical records that stated she had the rabies shot and certificate. My wife didn’t know and they claimed they didn’t either which led to giving her the vaccine 2x. Save yourself the time and go to a functional qualified facility that is not a fold out table in the middle of the store located in front of the fish tanks. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Trying to reach out further to their corporate hq on this.
