We'll they didn't and the only one available was suited more for dogs than cats even though when I asked staff they stated well it shows a cat in the photo so you must be able to use it on your cat even though it doesn't have an opening in the back. I would have had to un snap it for them to use the bathroom which obviously is not going to work for cats.

On top of that, the staff treated me with total disrespect just because I don’t speak English – they looked at me with disdain and ignored me. Due to the lack of support from the Petco team when I asked about returning the medicine, they didn't assist me properly. They didn't even help me; they just told me to call the number. I told them they don't speak English very well, and I couldn't get a response.
