We have brought our 11 year old German shepherd here since 2020 after a bad experience at another vet, they have taken care of him every time something comes up. I took in my grandparents 12 year old cat 1.5 years ago and started noticing she was having issues recently, after yet another bad experience at a different vet, I decided to bring her to banfield Holliston. They were so caring for her and took her right in and although the news wasn’t what we wanted to hear, they were so compassionate and supportive of which ever path we took for her. Laying out all the pros and cons and giving us multiple options. After trying a few things, she unfortunately got worse and decided to go the humane euthanasia route while she was on a slightly better day and not suffering. The entire staff was so caring and even sending us a card with hand written messages from everyone who met PJ there along with her paw prints. Can’t thank their staff enough and although banfield is a large corporation, this specific location goes above and beyond for your animals.

We signed a contract for our dog to receive discounts for annual check ups, vaccines, etc. Our dog then unexpectedly DIED. We however are expected to still pay for this contract for the next 10 months. A contract is a contract, however the lack of empathy with this COMPANY is disgusting. Again Banfield in Holliston is fine for basic care, however DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
