The first time I came in for a scheduled appointment (booked online) I was informed upon arrival that I needed my dogs rabies documents. The staff was incredibly rude, and attempted to make it seem like I was so idiot for not bringing that (with no indication upon booking). Brought my dog in today for a nail trip, quickly ran to Trader Joe’s (no more than 15 minutes) and upon return was told “YOU CANT LEAVE THE STORE, you can’t leave your dog here and leave the store”. I was no told when I dropped him off about this “rule” i wasn’t told how long the appointment would be. But once again was scolding by the staff. Communication and kindness goes a long way and unfortunately because it’s been twice, I’m going to be looking for a different location.
