- GPGail PierceMar 23, 20265.0Olaf had a great visit! We had had some not so great experiences in the past, however decided 1 more chance & glad we did! Kaitlyn was awesome & very engaged in asking about Olaf. The Dr Duffy came in and WOW the visit got even better. Both got on the floor with Olaf as they checked him. Didn't feel like we were "taking up time" but instead that we were treated with such care. The injection Dr Duffy suggested has started working & Olaf acty ran with his"niece" on Sunday! Thank you so much Dr Duffy & Kaitlin for taking the time to talk about Olaf's care & show you know how special he is to us!
- SSStan SteligaJan 8, 20261.0Sorry to say, after they sold out to a corporation, the service is sub par. Any issue is "Call emergency services in Swansea" They have no compassion for your pet. My beloved pet DIED. They did not want to make an appointment for 2 weeks, and covered their themselves by only suggesting calling emergency vet. They only care about the cash / credit in your wallet. I have another pet and will NEVER go there again. STAY AWAY! They prescribe meds without proper examination and tests. This new company that operates is only out for your $$. Go elsewhere.
