Sorry to say, after they sold out to a corporation, the service is sub par. Any issue is "Call emergency services in Swansea" They have no compassion for your pet. My beloved pet DIED. They did not want to make an appointment for 2 weeks, and covered their themselves by only suggesting calling emergency vet. They only care about the cash / credit in your wallet. I have another pet and will NEVER go there again. STAY AWAY! They prescribe meds without proper examination and tests. This new company that operates is only out for your $$. Go elsewhere.

Not great. We recently got a new dog and wanted to get him a check up we made an appointment on a Saturday at 1145 apparently the last appointment of the day. When we got seen we felt very rushed again new dog new vet we had a few questions. They didnt check his teeth he had broken a nail a week prior wanted them to check it out barley a glance at it. His ears were bothering him again barley a glance and gave us a cream for it. While we were speaking with the vet it felt like she couldn't wait to get out of the room. They gave him a few vaccines which was fine but for 360.00 I expected more. Edit...... we brought him to another vet and he has a yeast and bacterial infection in his ears they gave him proper medication because they ran a ear swab test and he is doing much better.. never again
