I brought my dog for his vaccines and was very rudely spoken to by the vet who was visually irritated before we even began. The vet tech was very nice and helpful. The vet themself had no professional bed side manner at all. The vocal tone and attitude were not appropriate. I did not appreciate being scolded in front of everyone standing near by for things that were not made clear ahead of time. When I spoke to the cashier (who was very nice), I was told the vet gets the complaint that they are rude very often.

The vet was unprofessional, rude and uncaring. I believe she didn't care about my dog's comfort at all. I left feeling terrible for having brought my dog to them. I will never step foot in the East Longmeadow, MA store again.
