- SSSusanMar 10, 20262.0This poor review is regarding the Vetco, which is inside the Petco any Longmeadow Mass. They need to have a better screening system for vaccination appointments. My dog had had a seizure months ago due to a flea and tick medication. She is fine after seeing vet. Vetco asked about seizures after we arrived, and refused to give her vaccinations. If i knew this, i would not have made an appointment. This should’ve been something that was asked before I made the appointment. Wasted me time. Where are the days of talking to an actual person!!

With so many options locally, not worth the risk to go here. I’ve spent thousands at Petco… First time I’ve ever had to do a return. The irony is the NAME BRAND equivalent was available CHEAPER at a locally owned store, but I picked it up at a Petco because I happened to be in the same parking lot. Don’t have to worry about any more returns there, I’m not going back 🤷♀️
