  I went for my baby elderly pup Toby since he wasn’t doing well and unfortunately, I had to make THE toughest decision (we know what that is) of my life. The whole team made sure that Toby was comfortable and happy. They were VERY compassionate. Offered a lot of reassurance and support since I also was having a hard time. Even though it was an extreme tough experience, I was very relieved and comfortable with how they handled everything. Very professional but also caring, compassionate and super understanding. I am forever grateful for the few people who took care of my baby boy. So so so so eternally grateful. It’s hard to find kindness in this world. Can’t say thank you enough.

  I brought my dog in for a simple rabies shot and left feeling judged and disrespected. The vet made comments suggesting my dog was wearing an emotional support vest “just to wear it,” which is completely inappropriate. I have a legitimate ESA letter from my doctor, and my dog has never bitten anyone. He was clearly nervous, like many dogs at the vet, but still behaved well even during the shot. Instead of providing a supportive environment, the vet chose to make assumptions. That kind of attitude is unacceptable in a professional setting.

  If you want actual competent care for your animal do not bring them to vetco. The manager Courtney canceled my dogs appointment after it was already confirmed without any warning. The 1800 number had been giving me the run around for two hours and hung up on me twice. They are completely unprofessional. I bought that vital care which is a joke and a waste of money they do not care about your animal at all . Courtney was extremely rude and had major attitude. She should not be in charge of anything

  I brought my dog Jax here yesterday to get a second opinion/test some lumps he has on him. This was our first time here and it was a fantastic visit. Hunter, I believe he is the vet assitant. Was absolutely amazing, he was very friendly and caring. Hunter was great with Jax and made him feel comfortable. He knew I was very nervous and he made me feel much better by answering any questions I had. He was also very price-conscious and made sure to walk me through the costs of every last thing and made sure I was okay with the cost before doing anything. Results came back a few minutes later. I thought I was going to have to wait for a phonecall with results. Everything at vetco was fast, efficient, and budget friendly. Dr. Ramsey and Hunter were great.
