  Took my babygirl Hazel for a follow up appointment from a recent blood work at an outpatient petco clinic! Everyone was so friendly and kind to myself and Hazel. Will continue to come to this clinic to get pet care for my girl!

  I am a new dog parent, I took my 12 week old puppy there and didn’t know what to expect as I have never been to a vet before. I chose vetco because the convenience of it being attached to petco however it outperformed my expectations. My vet tech was so kind and very informative with the different packages and went out of her way to get my pets records when I forgot to bring them, my Veterinarian was also kind and very thorough with our check up and checking in after vaccines. The prices are very reasonable , nothing was forced or rushed. I would highly recommend Vetco!

  I’ve been going to Vetco for years and this is my second time visiting Dedham location. The staffs are extremely welcoming and helpful. I brought my dog and cat in for annual check ups. They kindly took them in at the same time and made them feel comfortable in the exam room. Shout out to Kiara who was so patient and helpful, giving my pets a TON of love and treats. Very grateful for Doctor Dani as well, who was very thorough and knowledgeable. She shared with me her personal stories of her dog and updated me as soon as my pet’s results came back. My go to Vet for sure!

  The receptionist was caring and helpful. She put my 24 pound cat ( in his carrier) in my car for me without hesitation. Thank you.

  I had an appointment with my dog tonight at 4:45pm at Dedham vetco. I scheduled the appointment on Saturday 11/22 over the phone with an employee and sent over my dogs medical paperwork via email. Around 9:30am today while i was at work i missed a phone call from petco calling to confirm my appointment. Because i work all day, i didn’t have an opportunity to call back. I assumed that since i booked the appointment 2 days ago and sent over all of my paperwork, that’s confirmation enough that i need the appointment. My dog needs this shot because I’m currently 9 months pregnant and need him to be boarded when i go into labor. The employees here took it upon themselves to just cancel my appointment. I have NEVER in my life heard of a policy where a company cancels an appointment because they don’t talk to you on the phone the day of the appointment. People work full time, they cannot stand by their phone all day waiting to confirm an appointment they clearly need. I booked the appointment because i want it, nothings changed in two days. I went from work, to home, got my dog, and drove him to Dedham for his shot. There is no more availability anytime soon at this facility and they refused to see my dog while i was there tonight because they gave my appointment to someone else. Dr. Mani, the doctor working, also refused to speak with me. I am absolutely disgusted with the professionalism and how this location is ran. No apology was made, no accommodations were made to try to fit us in, and nothing was done in an attempt to make this right.
