I was disappointed with the miscommunication between the staff and myself. I have heard from other friends that similar things have happened to them. Be careful with bloodwork that ends up with your pet needing meds but during second opinion it was not needed.

I shop at Petco usually get rabbit and for my guinea. The Petco.com always price matches lower. The associates are super friendly knowledgeable and kind. I always like my animals from Petco.

This is a nice store. It's usually relatively quite or only moderately busy one days I have visited. I have not had the opportunity to use they're vet services but they are offered in this location. I do wish they had a few more animals for sale but other than that, they're pretty good.

The vet was not professional she was rude to the health tech about some Item not in room but would not stop berating her about it while I am standing there with my dog also kept referring my female dog as a he when a she so much asked when she got neutered. Please know all health techs were lovely and kind and professional not sure I would go back if had to see that vet again I was considering bringing my total care to pet o but know reconsidering

SHAME ON YOU PETCO THIS IS ANIMAL ABUSE - I know Beta fish have to be separated but have the decency to give them a better life while they wait to be sold, this is absolutely TORTURE AND ANIMAL CRUELTY and way too small of an enclosure they can't swim AT ALL. WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNTIL THEY FIX THIS.
