- BDBob DylanNov 8, 20251.0The glowing reviews are misleading! I was a regular client, but after my last visit, I’m done. Second terrible visit in a row. The workers are nice but what happened? They didn’t cut my dog’s hair right *at all*, and he came back smelling **worse** than when I dropped him off, no way he was bathed. For $180 a month, that’s unacceptable. They’ve lost my business.

- MCMaye CorderoSep 11, 20251.0I brought my dog in today for a full grooming (bath, trim, and hygiene area) and paid $90 plus a $10 tip. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. My dog looked almost the same as when I dropped her off. The hygiene/potty area was not trimmed properly, her coat was not brushed out evenly (some areas still looked flat or tangled), and I couldn’t even smell any finishing spray or perfume. For the price I paid, I expected a much more thorough grooming and attention to detail. Sadly, I don’t feel the service matched the cost. At home i can do better. I’m never going there again.
