  My French bulldog is name Blu Jackman,when it's my turn to pick him up I get greated with,are y'all related to Hugh Jackman. So hilarious,lol! The staff is like family,so it feels comfortable to my Blu with family.

  The folks at JM are amazing! They truly care for your pet and want your pet to succeed. It’s important to keep the training going at home. I trusted my new pup with JM for two weeks for board and train and picked him up today. What a difference I see in him already. Trainers Aaron and Stacey are amazing! Stacey sent me videos of his training sessions which we loved to watch. I highly recommend JM.

  Hace poco estuve por allá solicitando un servicio de grooming para mí perro Kai y Jackeline lo hizo excelente, le explique que el habia tenido malas experiencias antes y le tuvo mucho más que paciencia, lo cuido y le respeto tu tiempo e hizo un trabajo extraordinario estoy muy agradecida con ella.

  I entrusted my two babies, Mabel and Mille to JM Resort over the holiday break. Crystal, who is the lead cat whisperer, took her time, explaining everything and giving me a tour of the feline areas. I received updates on my babies every day Millie, the gray tabby, broke off a claw whilst pawing at the door to her kennel. They contacted me IMMEDIATELY. After answering all my helicopter parent questions, I hung up the phone knowing my babies were in good hands. The next day I received a text letting me know Mabel, my orange tabby, had thrown up bile. They assured me this was most likely stress induced and I agreed. Upon arrival for pickup, I was greeted by several friendly employees, some of whom remembered me from registering and booking my pet sitting. I cannot stress how grateful I am to JM Resort. Without their services, I would have been very anxious and unable to enjoy my trip to see family for the holidays. They contacted me after I picked up my cats to tell me they had refunded some money for the individual attention fee as my cats were uninterested. They didn't have to inform me of that, so I really appreciate their honesty and integrity. I would DEFINITELY and unreservedly refer anyone to JM Resort if they're looking for someone to watch over their beloved pet and family member.

  It feels redundant to write this when all the reviews talk about what a life saver JM is - but I could not agree more. It took me a very long time of trial and error finding a place that would work for my reactive dog Mabel, and I will never leave JM now. She just LOVES Brian, one of the awesome dog walkers, and some of the other staff members there. Even the staff who are not as familiar with her are confident in how to interact (or not interact) with her - it’s very clear that someone is training the staff extremely throughly, and it helps me feel comfortable having her there when she can be a mixed bag with strangers. Ariana at the front desk is a delight to work with, she recently helped me out when I didn’t read the fine print of the packages well enough. Whoever is running this place is doing an EXCELLENT job. Staff is great, hours are plenty open for early drop offs and late enough for pickups, and they have a wide variety of services available. Thank you so much for making our lives 10x easier and taking such good care of our two dogs!
