- EGEileen Gromada5 days ago5.0Willow had her first exam here They treated her just great The first exam they gave her her vaccines and we brought her back. For her second rabies spaying and a microchip in her neck. She was put on medicine and gabapentin for 5. Days. she had the cone on. Her head but. Just wanted to be stretched. Out n comfy. They did a great job !!
- MEMay ElenaFeb 1, 20265.0I just brought my 7 yr old labradoodle Dreamer to this location for having a leg injury. I was able to get an appointment in the morning by using the App. Dr Olson was amazing, called me several times during his exam, and explained everything to me thoroughly. I could tell he cared about Dreamer and wanted to give her the most appropriate care without going overboard on price. Dreamer is home resting now after some stitches. ❤️❤️❤️
- BBBrooksNov 27, 20252.0I went there to pick up medication—simple thing. After I arrived, the last customer finished the pet business and started to walk away from the desk. The front desk lady simply ignored me and kept chatting with the customer about their personal casual thing—not pet related. It lasted for 5 minutes. She was indifferent after she finally “noticed” me. She just gave me the medication, not saying a word about how to administer it, almost look like spitting any additional words would cost her. Banfield should train their front desk workers better because that’s where customers get first impression. Unfortunately she failed this time.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
