Bond Vet — Seaport brings friendly and convenient veterinary care to the Seaport neighborhood of Boston. At Bond Vet, our mission is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care. We are a veterinarian-founded, doctor-forward clinic elevating the quality of care with design, technology and culture. Bond Vet offers primary care and urgent care for pets, which means we can see your pet (usually same-day) for symptoms that require timely medical attention — a wound, GI issues, a rash, a persistent cough, a behavioral change, limping or other non-life-threatening symptoms. We offer walk-in visits for urgent care, or you can book online or call ahead for wellness and urgent care visits. Bond Vet pioneered the veterinary urgent care category, discovering a clear need in the space for timely but not quite emergency care, especially for symptoms that can worsen with time. Our team comes from backgrounds in both GP and emergency medicine, which means we can offer a broad range of services, including annual wellness exams, spay & neuter, vaccines, mass removals, dental cleanings, and specialty surgeries, all under one roof. We know pets and people haven’t always enjoyed going to the vet, and we are working hard to change that. Every Bond Vet clinic is clean, welcoming and well-lit, with treat bars, toys, sniffable spaces, comfortable furniture, and hydration stations. Throughout your visit, our compassionate team is knowledgeable, caring, and thoroughly dedicated to providing best-in-class veterinary care for your dog or cat. We believe vet share should be more convenient, and our in-house technology team builds better veterinary tools to do just that — that means easy online booking (usually same-day or next-day!), electronic medical records and more. Can’t get to us? We offer telehealth services and can prescribe and deliver medication if the treatment plan calls for it. We know vet visits can sometimes feel overwhelming — we offer you multiple paths for treatment, next steps and diagnostics along with pricing, and you’ll never be pressured to spend or do more than you’re comfortable with. The people at the front desk were very friendly and there were delicious treats around , such as chicken, turkey and beef treats. We had a great visit!
- DDDanniDec 30, 20251.0If I could give this place zero stars I would. They do not care about your pets, only making money. My cat started to get very sick in May and was in their office weekly for almost a month with no improvement before they suggested I go to the Emergency Vet. My cat was in critical condition and Bond never sent over his paperwork for the EVet to review until the following morning. Was in their office regularly for my cats last 6 months from May-November and each time I was asked to fully recall all details (including all medications they had tried) of the last 6 months, and their technicians would get visibly frustrated when I did not know every detail of his medical record. It was clear their vets had no idea what was going on when they would walk in the room. Even chronic conditions that they were filling monthly prescriptions for seemed like a shock. Every vet had a different idea of what was going on. There was NO consistency of care. In one of my cat’s final appointments we were told his symptoms very clearly point towards cancer. This was the first time we were told this. When end of life care was suggested it was in an ominous voicemail left 15 minutes before they closed. They did not open until 10AM the following morning for a follow up and it took multiple tries to get the vet on the phone because of how busy they were. They held on to my cats ashes for 2+ months because they never registered them in their system that they had arrived. They simply have too many hands in too many places and the care of pets is being compromised. Do NOT bring your pets here

I understand they were busy but so am I. The vet seemed very stressed out and it stressed me out even more. She wasn't able to communicate or answer my questions effectively and was unprofessional.
