  I have adopted my cat recently and she is always super scared. Bond vet team handled her very gently. Super nice staff!

  I don’t know where we’d be without Bond Vet! We’ve trusted them for the last couple years with our dog, Ravioli. From regular annual visits to urgent drop ins, they’ve kept Ravioli safe & healthy. We had a really scary incident at a daycare and had to rush Ravioli to Bond Vet, even though they were about to close. They welcomed us right in and took extra time to make sure he’d be okay. This meant the world and I’ll never forget how kind every person was that night. Anytime we walk by, Ravioli actually begs to go inside - he loves it so much. We try to see Dr. Alander when we can, but all the vets & nurses have been so kind and accommodating! Highly recommend!!

  I absolutely love Bond Seaport. From the moment we walk in, it’s clear how much the entire team genuinely cares about both pets and their people. My dog, Gertie, actually loves going to the vet and is happy being there, which says everything. The doctors, nurses, and staff are consistently kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They are very patient when I have lots of questions, take time to explain everything and I never feel rushed! They’re also responsive, reachable, and truly helpful whenever something comes up. We mostly see Dr. Alander and I’m truly so grateful for how comfortable and heard I feel by her whenever I have questions. I’m so grateful to have found a practice I trust completely and would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you to everyone for all you do <3

  I’ve been taking my lab here for years and have had nothing but good experiences. Ease of booking, appointment availability and quality of care keep us coming even though we have moved out of the city. I love how all charges are communicated up front and you can tell how much the doctors and techs love what they do.also, my dog approves of the free treats all over the office.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. They do not care about your pets, only making money. My cat started to get very sick in May and was in their office weekly for almost a month with no improvement before they suggested I go to the Emergency Vet. My cat was in critical condition and Bond never sent over his paperwork for the EVet to review until the following morning. Was in their office regularly for my cats last 6 months from May-November and each time I was asked to fully recall all details (including all medications they had tried) of the last 6 months, and their technicians would get visibly frustrated when I did not know every detail of his medical record. It was clear their vets had no idea what was going on when they would walk in the room. Even chronic conditions that they were filling monthly prescriptions for seemed like a shock. Every vet had a different idea of what was going on. There was NO consistency of care. In one of my cat’s final appointments we were told his symptoms very clearly point towards cancer. This was the first time we were told this. When end of life care was suggested it was in an ominous voicemail left 15 minutes before they closed. They did not open until 10AM the following morning for a follow up and it took multiple tries to get the vet on the phone because of how busy they were. They held on to my cats ashes for 2+ months because they never registered them in their system that they had arrived. They simply have too many hands in too many places and the care of pets is being compromised. Do NOT bring your pets here
