  So I went to bond vet in Watertown to have my cat seen but they were booked up but the vet tech there was very polite and helpful In finding me another bond vet with openings for the day. He even showed me on his computer all of the openings at seaport so he booked me in for an appointment that day which was an hour and 30 minutes from the current time which would give me the necessary time to arrive at seaport. As I proceeded to head to bond vet in seaport for the appointment made for me I received a call from a vet tech by the name of Gerald who told me my cat will not be seen, stating “I don’t know what they’re doing over there” and reiterated that I won’t be seen. I thought it was odd and a bit rude, as he offered no reason why my cat couldn’t be seen nor was I informed of any possible open appointments in the future and then ended the call. As stated prior the bond vet tech, Ryan at Watertown was very helpful in locating another bond vet in the area with openings, walked me through the steps of setting up and appointment at seaport and then made the appointment for me when he noticed they had multiple appointment openings that day 4/4/2026. Customer service was unsatisfactory to say the least in terms of interacting with a potential new pet owner and patient. The experience with Ryan at Watertown and Gerald at Seaport was night and day and I believe the owner should have been made aware of the unsatisfactory experience with seaport bond vet Edit… I saw the little email you guys sent not taking accountability, basically making up events that never happened. You people are rude and racist toward black people and I will be reaching out to BBB about your discrimination

  Bond Vet Seaport is the best! We love coming in daily to see Jade, Mari and team. Even though we live in a city, we don't feel like we are just a number at Bond Vet. Bond Vet truly cares about the animals and their humans!

  I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but this place truly deserves all the recognition for the care and compassion they show. At the beginning of this month, I came here for one of the hardest moments a pet owner can face, saying goodbye to my dog Fiona. It was my first time visiting, and I found them through Google reviews. From the moment we walked in, we were met with such genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. Even though it was their first time meeting Fiona, they treated her as if they had known and loved her for years. They allowed my entire family to be present, gave us all the time we needed, and created a space where we could say goodbye in our own way and at our own pace. They even brought out snacks so we could give her little treats in her final moments, which meant more to us than I can express. Throughout the entire process, the staff checked in on us with so much care, making sure we were ready and never rushing us. One thing that meant the world to me was that someone there spoke Spanish. My mom doesn’t speak English, and because of that, she felt included, supported, and truly heard during such a painful moment. I don’t remember everyone’s names, but I will never forget how they made us feel. They treated Fiona with so much love and dignity, and they treated our family with incredible kindness. Thank you for helping us through such a difficult goodbye. Your compassion made all the difference.

  The doctor keane and her assistant Ashley was amazing!!! They helped me pick the right medication for my bucks worth. Will defiantly be coming back

  I have adopted my cat recently and she is always super scared. Bond vet team handled her very gently. Super nice staff!
