She’s incredible and she cares and you can tell she loves what she does and cares about all the details to make the dog feel comfortable. - ASA SJan 27, 20261.0Don’t bother getting saltwater fish from them, there is only one employee that knows what they’re doing and they’re unfortunately only working one day out of the week. Their entire system is riddled with ich and it’s common to see fish hanging on for life. Bought a fish that was bagged in the same bag as two urchins with barely any water and they won’t even honor an exchange after it died with an hour after careful and proper acclimation. The salinity of their systems vary widely depending on who is working. I’ve spent thousands with this company and they can’t even honor an exchange after on a mistake on their end. Disappointing.
