- JFJude FitchMar 16, 20265.0As usual, the Petco grooming crew were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. They managed to get my Jonesey in a short notice. He came out, smelling so good and feeling so soft with a cute groom that brought out his cuteness. I know they love Jonesy because he’s a good little dog and loves everybody. He enjoys going there and seeing his friends. We are very pleased with Johnnie’s treatment and his haircut and trim. Will be back again as we always are.

This is our first time getting a groom from them - and second time at Petco grooming (first visit was just a bath and drying). Unfortunately while their care was wonderful, and the services are much appreciated, the haircut/grooming was not what we asked for. I asked for cutting not more than half of it and a teddy cut. But the cut that Floppy got was uneven, very short (apparently he was tangled, but I brush him every day) and not fitting his type at all... Floppy is a Havapoo (miniature Poodle and Havanese mix). While I really appreciate the services provided, I don't think I'll bring back Floppy for a cut.

I requested they put that in his notes because I knew his quicks were long and I didnt want him to be afraid of the groomer moving forward. They never put that in the notes. Chelsea took 0 accountability in the problem. It was a mistake bringing my dog here for his first "professional" bath.
