  I am very disappointed with the place. My dog went in for a bath and a haircut, & they told me my dog would be ready in 4 hours (reasonable and efficient) though after 4 hours I received a text saying how my dog peed and pooped in the kennel and needed his legs washed. I understood and was back in the shop half an hour after the text, and four hours and fifteen minutes after I originally dropped him off in the morning. When I picked him up I was willing to wait for him to be washed up, but after taking longer than I’ve already waited…I asked to take my dog home and wash him up myself for I had somewhere to be and could not leave my dog in the shop for 5 hours. To make myself clear, it is nobody’s fault I had somewhere to be…I emphasized that me washing him myself was no problem for it is no one’s fault he peed. But after I picked my dog up four hours and thirty minutes after his shower AND haircut, he had got no haircut. I was told they needed one more hour to wash him up after the incident so that would be 5 hours in total. I spoke to the manager in grooming and she said there was nothing she could do, that they were just in a rush. For me, it was confusing because my dog had been in the shop for 4 hours and had got no haircut? I am extremely upset; not because of the incident for it was no one’s fault, and not the workers fault I had somewhere to be and needed to take my dog back…but because after four hours and a half all my dog got was a shower and not his hair cut. On top of that, all I got was “I’m sorry we were in a rush today.” Disappointed, and will not be coming back.

  Waste of time. I took my cat and let them know he can be a brat but a ragdoll so not fractious and as soon as I said it you could see the groomer automatically decide they would not be grooming my cat. I’m a vet tech so I get safety but within 15 mins they called me said he wasn’t having it but they brushed him cut his claws gave him a sani shave and clipped his paw pads. All in 15 mins they were able to do that?? Yea right they lied which is even worse. I picked him up he looked exactly the same paws looked the same no sani shave different than what I already gave him. They charged $65 to spray him w some shampoo and put him back in the carrier. They should’ve even offer cat grooming if they can’t handle a ragdoll. I would never recommend taking your pet here, they don’t do anything you can’t do at home.

  Went in there today to buy a Pleco for my tank. Walked into the fish department and it was a mess. Tanks looked horrible and many dead fish in a lot of the tanks. Young kid working couldn’t be bothered until I engaged him and said they didn’t have time to get the dead fish out cause they just got a delivery. Those fish were dead for days. I was reluctant about buying the Plato due to all the dead fish and the conditions of the tanks but I felt that maybe I need to hopefully save one. Worst Petco I ever encountered. I feel sad for the animals in their care for I don’t think they are well cared for. However the cashier was super nice and very sweet. I think her name was Amanda. I won’t ever go back there again.

  I took my yeti to get professionally groomed for the first time as I’m nervous to trim his black nails I’ve been filing them but they needed to be trimmed me and my partner brought him and never again I would give this 0 stars if I could there was blood on his paws no one told me that he started bleeding which should have been discussed with me or my partner his nails are splitting which Ik can happen sometimes but they are all different lengths they didn’t file them down there was no care at all when it came to actually finishing the job I will never bring him here again

  When you leave a bad review the Petco company credit card will silence you, so now you have to leave review at other locations. I had to cut off my credit card with them, I paid my full balance on the due date, some days after they charged me an interest fee, the woman on the phone try telling me that it’s included along those lines, I have never heard that in my life, I only pay what I owe on time. Do not even bother with it unless you want to be charged interest and they are hoping you do not notice because I noticed, she eliminated the charge and I told them to end the card. Untrustworthy.
