- MOMadison O'ConnerOct 18, 20251.0Front desk person was very unprofessional. She barely acknowledged me when i walked up to the desk someone else walked up after me asking her something and she walked away from the desk and went to do something in the back then came back. Never said i’ll be with you guys shortly she just walked off. My pets appointment was at 3:30pm I arrived at banfield at 3:06pm. We were put in a room shortly after. A staff member came in the exam room at 3:58 and took my pet said and said the doctor would examine her. I waited and waited and waited doctor came in the exam room after 5:00pm to say my pet looked good and her surgical scar healed perfectly. This is not our normal location i was very disappointed and will no better returning to this location!!

The only thing I dislike is going in there and droping off my pet and they place me inside a room for a small talk; like I just want to drop off and sign whatever i have to sign and be on my way. i dont care to make small talk. If i have something to tell you about my pet i let you know, i dont need to wait for nonsence. Picking up my pet; same thing like give me the pet I dont care if she was a good pet or not, i dont care to make small talk with the Vet either just give me my pet, i got other places to be, I will pay whatever i have to pay for the service and vaccines or stuff and let me go!!!! Why make me wait because the vet want to tell me the samething she says every 6months i be bringing my pet in. Like i know the drill.... It used to be better back then like 5,6 years ago just drop/pickup and go like bye see you in 6 months.

He will be 5 this year on October 14th, and remains part of the Banfield family. Outstanding service every time from the Front desk check in to the clinical team! Always patient always informative always friendly and welcoming! I Was completely satisfied after every single visit! I felt like they loved my pet as If he was their own and he was just visiting family. So amazing. I am particular, and I am hard to please, and can be scrutinizing quite often especially about (Odin ‘Shane’)I’ll be the first to tell you. Banfield is the only place I would ever go for my pets care EVER for as long as they turn the lights on and open the door for us. We are pretty close spoiled!

- ABAmanda BryantAug 26, 20201.0The Veterinarians here are not knowledgeable, you want simple shots then fine, but if there is something wrong health wise they do not even almost know what is going on. Had to take my furbaby to another vet to get her healthy. DO NOT USE THIS VET!!!!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
