- MAMirella AmaralSep 20, 20251.0I brought my golden retriever bella to get a grooming here yesterday and she had probably the worst haircut she’s ever gotten, it was all uneven her ears were greasy like when she left home and her tail wasn’t even touched for a trim seemed like the whole grooming process was rushed, she came home limping and i was worried so i called to ask and the lady said the person that groomed her which was pammy was gonna give me a call today and she never did. usually i don’t nitpick but for 150 dollars including tip for the job that was done was not worth that much. be aware.

I purchased the first dog a bath and cut which is (grooming) the second dog a bath . I asked the lady that did their grooming was she aware of this promotion. She said there were no such promotion. I told her look behind you She stated I don’t do any of that i just groom(cool). I has already chatted with customer care before I even brought the dogs to Petco to confirm my eligibility. Which it was confirmed I was. I received a called from the lady that did their grooming stated that she spoke to someone and said it would be the baths only. When I picked up the dogs upon checking out . I asked are you going to give me the 20% off the second dog. The cashier called Jessica which she stated I had the lady to call you and said it’s for baths only and this can not be honored. I stated to her I have it in black and which and customer service said yes I’m eligible. I gave her my phone along with the chats between me and customer service. Out the blue another worker named Shelby came in a said. That’s promotion is bring 2 dogs get a third dog 20% off (I was too done) but laughing at the ignorance at the same time due to that just didn’t make any sense at all. At the end i did get the 20% off the second bath but my pooches will never go back again. I only went there because my original place did not have the available times I needed and the cut was not good i was able to see my poodle skin.
