- MMMandiFeb 6, 20261.0I was waiting in line for over 12 minutes with at least eight other people lining up behind me. Not an employee in sight. Finally, Tt came and rang me up; I only got bird food and crickets. She then proceeds to tell me that she will grab the crickets once she helps the other people in line. She proceeds to help at least 15 people after me while I stand there for another 12 or so minutes. A man after me orders some crickets as well. Then Renay comes and helps this man with his crickets first. Which is just insulting because I had already been in line and standing there for 28 plus minutes. Only for me to find out that Renay was being her sisters personal shopper while we all waited in line not being helped. The only reason I know this is because she told Tt that her sister could use her employee discount. I'm beyond frustrated but I have had good service when coming earlier in the morning. Safe to say this location will no longer be getting my money.
