    This is the cleanest and best staff at a pet store ever!! The fish department is healthy and the aquarium plants are ALIVE!! No dead smelly plants. The best asset is the staff! They are the friendliest and most helpful! Give those folks a lunch on the company! They deserve it!!

    So sad that this is 2025 and the Beta fish are still being housed in tiny containers of water. Petco really needs to evolve and stop living with the archaic 1980’s pet mentality.

    Emily the store manager was very rude and disrespectful. When I called the store to ask if the store would be open on Labor Day and if grooming services were available, the employee said, "yes" and you do not need an appointment. When I got there today, Jade, the groomer said she would not groom my dogs, I asked to speak with the manager. When Emily came over she said it was my fault for not getting the employee's name. If I call a store to ask a question, only employee's who know the correct answers should be allowed to talk to customers. It was clearly the employee and not the customer. Emily needs to go to management classes because I would not recommend this store to anyone! I would be afraid of mistreatment to my pets after the way I was treated. Not to mention, the ad said any pet in the store on Labor Day would get a free gift and all my dogs got was rudeness and disrespect!

    The manager named Emily tried to pruposely make me more upset than I already was. I was upset because I called the store to ask if they would be open today and an employee told me they would be open and no appointment was necessary. Therefore, I brought my dogs in to get groomed. When I got there Emily told me it was too bad that I didn't get the employee name because my dogs were not welcome since I did not have an appointment. The groomer named Jade said she did not want to groom my dogs. Jade was very mean to me as if I should have known to make an appointment when the person on the phone told me not to make an appointment. Of course they turned it around to be the cutomer's fault when the employee on the phone did not do there job to begin with. It is probably best that my dogs did not get groomed at Petco beacuse the two rude employees probably would be mean to my dogs, just like they were mean to me. Managers should try to comfort and help customers, not try to make them angry. Well Emily succeeded in making me angry enough to not ever go to Petco again! I will let everyone know not to go to PETCO. Petco does not care about anyone's feelings and I would feel they would mistreat my animals since they mistreated me. Very horrible customer service from the manager named Emily and the groomer named Jade.
