I have both of my dogs on the wellness plan and it's been great having them on it.

I took my 13-month-old Pitbull puppy to Banfield, and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a vet. A vet tech dragged my dog by her Martingale collar, choking her and terrifying her so badly that her glands expressed from stress. The staff refused to give her a moment to calm down and insisted I “drop her off,” even though I had a scheduled in-room appointment. They were rude, dismissive, and inconsistent, and the veterinarian backpedaled on prior statements—then pushed unnecessary anxiety medication and professional training, claiming my puppy had behavioral issues. She does not. It was painfully obvious my dog was being judged because she’s a Pitbull, and the staff’s fear and impatience showed clear breed discrimination. This visit left me furious and heartbroken. My dog deserves care, not cruelty. I will never return to Banfield and strongly urge other pet owners—especially bully-breed parents—to take their pets elsewhere.

Banfield has hrs 7 days a week making it easy to find a time. We have our favorite vet that we ask for, but we've never had a problem with any of their vets. Good people.

We have a 10 1/2 year old yorkie mix that we have been taking to Banfield for several years. The staff are usually very competent and affectionate with little Nola. However very occasionally the information I provide when I drop her off doesn’t seem be dealt with when I pick her up. I know they have many patients and this can happen. Other than that the service is great. On a personal note I feel like Dr Fox is the best
