- DBDesert BeltFeb 13, 20261.0I would give negative stars if I could. The vet falsified a record visit. Pet died in care getting services requested to not be done(nail trim) which does cause stress. Store manager giggled while on a call about a deceased fur baby. Very unprofessional staff. Store manager (not vet) informed owner about passing of pet after saying what they would compensate. Corporate was compassionate at first but when more questions were asked about what happened they where not helpful or truly compassionate. I have worked in the vet field for 21 years all over the USA and never came across a more atrocious example of poor pet care. I would recommend anyone away from this clinic if they value there pets life. From the vet visit to the days after this has been the worst experience I have ever witnessed. And again I have worked in many vet offices and er clinics.i truly question their values and will never use them again.

We were waiting for almost an hour past our scheduled appointment time. The techs and assisting staff were perfectly friendly, though no one was apologetic for the long wait. The veterinarian working that day was not friendly at all, however.
