I asked where they were and the employee told me they were being "deep cleaned" in the back. I told her we drove over an hour and were going to buy one and she said sorry cant help you. She also said they would be back out in the morning. I have spent a lot of money at petco and I will probably not spend anymore money here because of this. If they cant be the slightest bit accommodating to a customer then they dont need a customer. They threw a sale away and lost a customer that has spent a lot of their money with them. I wasted my gas and time because they couldnt be bothered to let me see their snakes because "they were a little hard to get out of their enclosure today" which was another thing the girl told me.
