- KLKimberly LaughlinFeb 7, 20261.0I don’t even give them one star but system won’t allow me to post without it. Tried to make an emergency appointment today. On February 7th at 11am. While being put on hold their little automated message starts playing stating. They are open only on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month and they are fulled staffed and All walk-ins are welcome. So I felt a lil relief for just a brief moment because the receptionist comes back on line and says I’m sorry but we can not take you today. I explained once again this was an emergency and my lil fur baby was extremely sick. Badly congested. Once again she put me on hold. And I heard that message again All walk ins welcome. Wellllll that is a LIE. I even have respect of calling ahead and you still refuse my service because I’m wasn’t a regular customer. With this type of service I will definitely never attempt to use this vet ever again. I may only be one person but God don’t like ugly. Southern Hospitality skipped this business.
