  Beware: They’ll quote you an extremely low price at first, then hit you with a much higher bill. We were quoted $160 for a rabies visit — the total ended up being $190. We were quoted about $160 for a spay — the total came out to $380 and some change. My husband called five different places in the Tri-Parish area before choosing this one because it seemed like the best price. Instead, it turned out to be the most expensive. Do you actually care about the animals, or is it just about the money? A little honesty and transparency would go a long way. 💰

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. I spent a full week calling every vet from South Lafourche to Houma/Thibodaux comparing prices for a simple spay. Every clinic quoted me between $400–$500 — until I called Marcello. They told me the rabies shot would be $160 and the spay would be “around $160-ish.” That quote is the only reason I chose them. When I arrived, the rabies vaccine was $190, which I accepted. But the real shock came when I got the bill for the spay: $384 — more than DOUBLE what I was quoted. This wasn’t a small price difference. This was a bait-and-switch, plain and simple. I confirmed the quote over the phone, trusted their word, and then was blindsided at checkout. I feel completely misled, taken advantage of, and lied to. And what makes it worse is that their final price ended up being higher than every other clinic I called — even the ones I originally ruled out for being too expensive. I thought I had found a new long-term vet, but after being quoted one price and charged more than twice that amount, I’ve completely lost trust. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend getting every quote from them in writing if you choose to go there.

  I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. Very friendly techs and Doctor! They eased my nerves and settled my heart when they were able to get Tundra settled down so they could help him. And to think a broken tooth is what he had wrong with him. They sent him home with antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. It fixed lil guy up real quick!!! Definitely recommend this Clinic 👌 👍 👏 🙌
