  A dog trainer who was cashiering last night yelled at me while I was purchasing a flea collar for my dog. She was not ringing me out, but she stopped helping her customer to yell across the cash register at me that the flea collar kills dogs and is too toxic for a small dog that it is rated to treat safely. The cashier helping me was very sweet. The older white woman dog trainer cashier literally stopped what she was doing to yell at me not to purchase a product that I have consulted my vet about and have used for at least 8 months already. This is completely unacceptable.

  Just come to this location for food. Metairie gets the grooming. They have a more skilled, kinder, and more professional grooming staff at that location. It's not up for debate either.

  Nadiyah is seriously the most talented, kindest groomer we have ever been to. Management at this Petco should be sure to recognize her. She keeps customers coming back again and again, and has an amazing attitude every time we see her. She is also meticulous in her work and makes our dog look amazing!

  Everyone is so helpful and polite. Helped me with a couple of rescue situations as well.

  It's the second time Mercedes has got her hair done at the Petco on Carrollton. I love her hair. Every time they do it they trim their fingernails. They brush their teeth. Mercedes looks amazing!
