- HCHelen CalmesDec 24, 20253.0The service was good, but took a lot longer than previous visits. We showed up at the designated time (about 5 minutes early), and 5 dogs that were walk-ins were in front of us. We waited about 1 hour, and then all the visits behind us were piling up. We were scheduled for 3pm and never seen until 350 pm. I was also confused why we book appointments versus just walked in. The set was weird too. It was in the bird, and small pet section, and the customers could not get near the gerbils and birds because we were all in line. Last time it was near the office and dog clothing and made more sense.

The sweet cashier could tell how rude this lady was and was so sweet but I think it was the manger on duty that snapped on me and was completely rude. I work in customer service and if I talked to a customer like that I wouldn’t have a job.
