I have been crying all day because my dog has been having wheezing attacks since I picked him up from getting bathed here this morning. I called and spoke with the manager, and I am not the type of person to do that (ever), and she was difficult to understand (it sounded like I was on speaker), offered me a 20% discount on my next appointment, but was generally unhelpful. I’ve taken him to PetSmart grooming since I adopted him three years ago and never had this issue before. I chose to take him here for the first time because it is closer to my house. I have to bring him to the vet tomorrow to make sure his trachea has not collapsed. I don’t know if the collar was choking him while he was being groomed, or what. Save yourself the pain I am currently feeling and the vet bill I will have to pay tomorrow. Wish I could post a video, but Google Reviews won’t let me.
