They are very quick to let me know if there is anything going on with my dog while he’s being groomed and let me know any options I may have. I trust both of them with my dog very much; I know my pup is being taken care of. He’s a husky so his coat can be a bit much for me to handle myself so it’s nice to be able to bring him somewhere I know he’ll have a good experience at. Amber is also extremely nice and caring. Price wise, I feel like it’s on par or better than other groomers. I have vital care premium so I get 20% off grooming services which is nice, and after so many grooming services you actually get a free one. Definitely something I tell my friends that own pets about
