Came in today and the folks checking out people were completely lost, misscanning/forgetting to scan things and then killing coupons by scanning them and then finishing a transaction and then claiming that they couldn't reuse it, which held up the line interminably. I usually come to get the same one product that I always get, which is always in the same place and costs the same. Today I got it and it was twice the price, which the cashier said 'it was in the wrong place' while rolling her eyes, so I've literally gone to take a photo of the item so I can show her once the god awful line is down that when someone clearly isn't trying to pull a scam on you and your store can't figure out the correct pricing in it's system, maybe listen to the customer or actually check and see just how drastic of an I correct price something might be. If it's a few bucks off, I get it, but a 100% increase in price? Obviously something is wrong and you shouldn't blow off someone's concerns and/or talk to them like they don't have half a brain and can tell when something is in the wrong place. Preposterous customer service.

I then went back inside to retrieve it and offered a to for her honesty. She said she could not take the tip but I am very appreciative of their efforts and honesty
