I took my dog in for a stomach issue, and the entire staff was caring, professional, and very thorough throughout the visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly, treated my dog with genuine compassion, and worked quickly to figure out the problem and get him feeling better. You can tell they truly care about the animals they treat. I’m very thankful for the excellent care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy veterinary hospital.
- BVBret Villars6 days ago5.0Dr. Taylor performed an end of life procedure this week for our dog. What I observed from her was compassion, love and professionalism. She met us in the parking lot to offer sincere words (not just rehearsed, repeated lines). In the room, she explained every detail and stated that she would move at our pace. She made us feel as if our dog was the only one she had to attend to (even though her schedule was very busy). Beautiful inside and out, she was a class act.

Dr Taylor currently treats my maltipoo and she explains everything so thoroughly and patiently. There are always convenient appointment times and I never have trouble getting in when I need to. Highly recommended.

Called a few vets with no luck but was given recommendations for riverside. Called and they took us in that day. It was the beat experience I've had at a vet. Took really good care of millie. Went above and beyond what I would have thought. Very genuine and caring Dr. Amy. Thank you so very much for your time with us.
