- AKA KNov 10, 20241.0I had a pet we knew he was sick for a couple days but didn't know how bad it was. I called Ambassador bc it's closer. She was extremely helpful. They would be closed the next day so my sister made an appointment for the next morning. The woman at Amb Caf / Kal Sal location recommended a coupon. Well my sister said she presented said coupon yet they refused to accept it. She was already spending 400 so that 80$ first visit wave would have been helpful. We have 3 other dogs. 1 of them is mine. They lost business of our other 3 dogs. I go to spay nation for their shots but I was going to bring my dog, the dad. And the other 2 ,one is my sisters and the other our mother adopted. The woman at this location said they don't even like dealing with those coupons. I just cannot believe how crooked this location is for such a reputable company. I used to come in with my dog Harry while charging the Tesla. Not anymore
