    The lady at the front desk gave me a price before agreeing, but when she handed me my invoice, it was almost double the price she originally quoted me. I have a doodle with lots of hair inside his ears. They removed maybe 25% of the hair and said that’s all petcos policy would allow. I’ve had him groomed dozens of times and never had an issue with his ears. I spoke briefly to the guy at the register before paying, expressing how I was very dissatisfied with the service. He seems to be more annoyed with me and my dissatisfaction as opposed to helping me. I stated why I was dissatisfied and after I told him what happened, his response was “can I talk now?” Thankfully, he went and got the manager and he was very helpful and offered a small discount and was very friendly. He’s the only reason I didn’t give it a 1 star.

    SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I brought my husky in for grooming services at the Louisiana Ave location, only to find out after the services were completed that the girl who was performing the service was TRAINING. This wouldnt have been a issue IF she did anything! She then proceeds to tell me that she could not perform the entire servoes because my dog's coat was so thick. (Told her that when I dropped him off.) She also proceeds to say, if you bring him back next month we can lessen the pay a little. SO not only did I have to pay for this (NOTHING) service, but you want me to keep spending money. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I then call the other lafayette location for them to put mw on hold and then hang up.DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS IF THEY ARE LONGED HAIR! #HUSKYMOM
