  So we have to make an emergency trip for Santa on Christmas eve because apparently he outsourced live animals. But seriously, we had to get some fish to go along with the aquarium that Santa Claus was bringing and although it wasn't our 1st choice it was the only option because the other brand store on juban closed an hour earlier because it was Christmas eve. So here the 3 of us get there it's 6:12 and we expect to be rushed so they could close and get home to their own holiday plans. Well we get to the fish, which is an impressive selection. Everything clean, bright, and labeled so you can get an idea of price and fish needs. We figure out the ones we want, or so we thought. So big part of the story, we never looked at said aquarium my girlfriend's dad got his grandson for Christmas, plus we are basically rookies at aquarium owners. So I go tell the lady at the desk, who actually had the type of attitude I expected upon arrival we needed assistance and basically she said. There's someone on the floor for that but she would page him and he would be there to help or not. So I kinda felt like hey I don't want to be here either lady but at least you are getting paid. Well the store wasn't crazy busy maybe 5 other shoppers . Well when I got back to my family I see a guy carrying a couple bags and sweating helping another customer. He came straight to us and said let him finish with the person and he would be there ASAP. Well I hate I can't remember his name because he is the reason for the 5 star rating. He explained and helped us choose what we needed and sold us some extra stuff also but made sure we cut out the don't needs and explained the pros and cons of the fish, plants, food , water conditioner, the time we needed and basically made sure we knew what to do and what to expect. And I wanted to send a shout out for real customer service. I will be going back and getting his name because his boss needs to know they have manager material right there. And from my family to you if you see this thank you for helping us because we thought we knew what to expect but not only did you help us out on Christmas eve, you gave us knowledge, and your courteous demeanor made everything more enjoyable as you taught us what we should and should not do. Because of him I will shop at this store instead of the other one and I will make sure to update this with his name so he can get his due recognition for true customer service and relations. So if you have an aquarium and need some advice or want to start having some fish I promise you he will make sure you are not buying anything you don't need and how many and what type of fish , plus he will make sure you get the extras that nobody tells you about and you end up with dead fish.   Petco was on time and very knowledgeable what I needed for my animals pressure so yall come to this store they got me right and a train your animal i love this shit mane ❤️ 💯%

  We never had any issues here. They do have great sales. Staff is friendly.

  Ask for Hika!!! She was amazing! She answered all of my questions being a first time dog owner, helped me look for specifics on what I wanted, and gave me a coupon book telling me everything I could get a discount on. She truly wanted to make my experience amazing and she did just that!
