She asked if I wanted it the same length as last time, and I said yes. Instead of doing what I asked for, they totally shaved him. Face, tail, eyelashes, everything. He has nothing left. He literally looks like a naked mole rat. And on top of that, it is not even a good shave job. It is choppy and uneven all over. We also discovered later that the inside of his ear was cut during the grooming. No one told us anything about it. Photo of Valerie G.
- BFBecky FogartyJan 18, 20261.0I am very upset with how the membership was sold to me. The cashier told me the monthly fee was $5, not the $10 that it actually is, and I could cancel at any time. He also did not tell me I was signing up for an annual membership, locked in for a year. As it was I only had a small fish tank, but recently had to disassemble because all the fish died. I have no need for anything Petco sells, therefore I want to cancel my membership, which was a joke. I talked with customer service and explained I no longer had any pets, and did not need the services. There was a language barrier, but what I do know is that she apparently read from a script asking me the same question reworded 10 times. I eventually was told the membership could not be cancelled because I agreed to a year long contract. I hung up and called the store and spoke with a manager and hopefully they can get this resolved.

Two days ago the gave my stable poodle an eye ulcer from harsh chemicals and the other eye would have been just as bad had I not gotten her to the vet in time. Zero tolerance for neglect. They did not even show any concern for our Fiona. I would NEVER bring your animal here for grooming.
