The girls that work there quickly put my mind at ease. They came to the car to get my boys one at a time. We have definitely found a new vet. I would highly recommend them.

We do require appointments for patient visits and procedures at our animal hospital. It allows us to work patiently with you and your pet as well as get you in and out of our offices in an efficient way by reducing wait times. Surgical and Dental services require advanced scheduling. And we offer convenient "Drop Off" appointments where a patient can be dropped off in the morning and picked up later in the afternoon to accommodate client work schedules and often get patients in sooner than an in-room appointment request.
Does Rivertown offer boarding services?
We no longer provide boarding services. One lesson learned by the pandemic is that we were able to see more patients per day when our boarding services were shut down. Rivertown made the decision to forgo our boarding services as a result, to better serve our patients medical needs.
