  Litter boxes were pricey but we got wheat grasd for our cat. The fish were in good shape and the tanks were clean for a chain pet store.

  Petrol staff and employees are always helpful and knowledgeable about their store products. We have also been very pleased with the grooming part of Petco. The store offers a great atmosphere for pet lovers.

  I get my cat litter refills here. I think I'm saving because I actually fill the 30lb bucket to the point that closing the lid is hard.

  If I pay $97 for my dog to be groomed and I tip appropriately I expect my dog to at least be dried and face trimmed 😡 03/27/26 I brought my dog back to the Perkins’s road location and once again, she’s not dried, she wasn’t matted and they charged me an additional $34 to comb her out!! Her head and ears are wet and she looks worse when I picked her up than she did when I dropped her off. And to top it off the older lady whom was the groom wasVERY rude and disgusting!!

  A few months ago, I began placing online orders for my dog. It was simple and efficient, and I loved the delivery option. I believe I placed three orders that I chose "same day delivery", and my orders were delivered in a timely manner. However, I placed a large order about two weeks ago, and I received an email confirmation along with my order number. The email stated that my order would be delivered that evening. After 4 days, I called our local Pet Smart store, and the associate told me that she did not have an order under my name and said that since it was placed online, she could not "see" or pull up my order number. She suggested that I call customer service for help. I did so and was told that my order was "stuck" and there was no way to push it through. He canceled the order for me and said to place a new order. Once again, I received a confirmation email and order number. Once again, I did not receive my delivery. After 3 days I called the store again and was told the same thing, they couldn't see my delivery. I decided to go to the store, and I spoke with a manager named, Ryan. He looked up my order number, walked over to the shelf, and it was sitting right there. He had no idea why two of the sales associates told me they couldn't find my order. I have a Petco a few blocks from my house, but I chose Pet Smart because they have better choices for my elderly dog. How can I assure that my order will be received and actually delivered if I place an online order instead? Thank you in advance for your assistance. Nancy Lemoine Ellis
