After trying several times she called the manager who redeemed it but was rather surly about it. It was not my fault that it would not work and it had not already been used. This is not the first time I’ve had trouble with Petco’s reward program.

They both provided clear, lay-friendly explanations of their diagnosis and treatment options. Neither Dr Landry or Dr King rushed into extreme tests or excessive treatments, which I appreciate greatly. Once they explained their thoughts, I felt that they were truly suggesting what was in my pet’s best interest. The technicians were very clear about pricing both before and after services were provided. Sam took extra time to help me administer the first dose of a medication I was not familiar with. I am very thankful for the staff at Vetco- and I can’t imagine taking babies anywhere else!
