- SDSasha DavisAug 1, 20253.0I don't think Petco should schedule grooming appointments in 15 minute increments when a person's pet could ultimately be just sitting in a cage for almost 4 hours because Petco is being greedy instead of mindful of Pets stressing just sitting and waiting. And give larger dogs with more fur a longer time slot. A huge dog with a lot of fur was put before my shorkie and we were early and my dog still has not been touched after 2 hrs of being there. The other times I have taken my dog they were finished in 2 hrs or less but I was very discouraged this time that I am looking for other groomer. Plus the grooming was subpar. The staff was nice but that's the least they could do

His nails were nicely buffed and he was ready in the time she said he would be. I can't say enough positive things about our experience and our Groomer. So happy we found Petco!!
