  I give this place a 5 star because the lady that works there is really great and they had so many different kinds of animals I am really enjoying my baby beared dragon i got from there and was hoping to find the lady's name so I can stay in contact with her and let her know how the beared is doing by the way I named him crunchy

  Extremely rude staff…came in at 8:50 (doors were open) and they refused to service me despite my urgent need (heading to an out of state FUNERAL) and needing food for my dog for the sitter. Very disappointed in them

  I’ll start by saying staff was very polite. I took my dog in for a nail trim when the store opened. I didn’t make an appointment because the Petco site said an appointment wasn’t necessary, just come on in!. It does say based on availability. They couldn’t do his trim at that time and offered to make me an appointment. The site should say appointments recommended, not come on in. Felt misled but I’m at fault because of their disclaimer. I would advise not to try their walk in service. Again, my complaint is with the wording on the site, not the staff.

  Literally just had to leave after standing at the register for 10 minutes while listening to the two associates in the office behind the counter laughing and socializing. Next time try putting that enthusiasm into helping your customers. I’m sure you aren’t getting paid to gossip in the office. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. I’ll take my $2O0 a week I spend with them to PetSmart.
