Once we arrived to drop him off I was surprised by the vast difference in the actual appearance of the place. It looked pretty miserable inside with all the chain link fenced cages. I told myself he would be ok only because they claim to walk each dog every day and let them out in the fenced area. When I picked him up, he had barked so much from being upset that he literally lost his voice. Do not bring your dog here. The employees are kind, but this is not a place to leave a family member you love.

Receiving messages and photos every day was reassuring and thoughtful—it allowed us to see how happy, relaxed, and well cared for our dogs were throughout their stay. They were clearly getting plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. We picked up a very happy dog, and that says everything. We would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend this boarding service to anyone looking for attentive, professional, and compassionate care for their pets.
